🛄Claims assessment process

Claims assessment is a key part of the Unistar protocol. It follows a simple process:

Step 1: Claim request

The insured person submits a claim and provides evidence of their loss. The claim has 2 days to be challenged (anyone can challenge the claim).

Step 2: Challenge process

If the claim is challenged, it will be sent to the Court of Arbitration. The insured person can add as much evidence as they wish.

Step 3: Arbitration Court

A panel of jurors reviews the evidence and votes on the validity of the claim. If it is considered valid, the insured person receives his or her benefit. If it is deemed invalid, he can appeal and provide additional evidence.

If it is not challenged, the insured person receives his or her benefit.

Claims usually take around five days to review, depending on their complexity and whether they are being challenged. Once the Court of Arbitration has made its decision, the funds corresponding to the claim are immediately available.
